The tailor's chalk or the ironing marks might be left on the dress designs before packaging. Please wash the item once, according to the instructions provided, without any additional treatment or bleach. If the stain remains after that, please take a picture and email it to us at contact@cloudtailor.in. We will look into it further and process your request for a refund or replacement.

You will receive an email, push notification, and an SMS that will help you track the location of your packet. We will notify you as soon as your package reaches our tailoring warehouse.

After receiving your courier, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to initiate the refund. The total time depends on how quickly we obtain your courier.

No, once you have worn the garment, you cannot return it. But, if you are dissatisfied with the stitching quality or our tailoring service after wearing it around for a day, you can avail of our free lifetime alteration service.

You will have to bear the pickup and delivery charges. Pick-up and delivery charges will be calculated based on the city you stay in as the cost will vary depending on your location.

We do not accept returns, however, we give lifetime free alterations if you're not satisfied with the stitching. But if our tailors make a mistake, you can either claim a 100% refund or ask us to remake your product by buying the same fabric. We would be glad to do that.
